Our Introduction to Boxing class is designed to provide beginners with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of boxing. This session will cover basic techniques, footwork, and punching combinations, while also focusing on improving cardiovascular health and overall fitness.
There are many important life skills you learn to master as you grow into an adult. In this course Coach Ty will go over time management, goal setting and financial literacy. Personal finance is often overlooked for our members, this course dives into key skills that'll help members manage their money with confidence while continuing to build on the essential skills for every successful adult spiritually, emotionally and physically.
